Last weekend was pretty warm so I biked over to some of my usual haunts. It’s a little tough getting past the Capitol now, on account of the barriers — especially on the west side, where tall metal fences stretch all the way to Senate Park near Union Station and you have to go up Louisiana Avenue to get to the Mall.
