I mentioned last week the new rightwing conventional wisdom is that Trump Is Over — though one hardly need mention it; everywhere Good Taste Conservatives gather, that’s the big takeaway: It wasn’t their horrible policies and psychotic candidates that repelled voters in the midterms and killed the Red Wave — it was Trump, and once the GOP moves past him to the other Big Stupid Sadist from Florida its troubles would be over.
