A little something off the midsection

Hey guys,

Since REBID’s founding in September 2018 I have only rarely taken more than a day or two off from my grueling 5-day-a-week subscription promise — always “pausing” your paid subscriptions for those days without delivery because that’s the kind of hairpin I am.

Sometimes these breaks have been for vacations and sometimes they’ve been for surgery. Regrettably, this time it’s for surgery.

I hasten to assure you this is not as involved a procedure as the last time I went in — though it does involve anesthesia and a hospital stay, and as always with these things it could go sideways so if I don’t make it back, know that I speak of you in heaven. (The missus will see about refunds.)

I go under the knife on Monday the 23rd and the pub will pause from then through Thursday. I should have something on Friday the 27th and we’ll be back in business.
