They want this to be 1776 all over again, yet they're defeated by three girls in a Hyundai and tossed soda. They're not even sunshine patriots.

Well, it would be fun to see them try to "arrest" cops. But doesn't DC have noise ordinances?

I saw that cyclist slowing down the trucks and said "Roy you Magnificent Bastard!" I was sure it was you for a minute.

"Antifa threw soda on me"

So, right on target, eh truckerboy? I mean, coulda been any random pissed off person, Right? But no: assuming you know what 'antifa' actually means, you're now admitting/embracing your fascisticism. 'Cause antifa don't do no non-fascisti...

My pa and his brother and a few million other Americans were paid by the US Gummint to kill people like you back in the day...

I suppose when you’ve got absolutely nothing to justify your actions – there ARE no meaningful Covid restrictions in most places or situations anymore – and people oppose you, there’s nothing else to fall back on besides an “even when I lose, I win” attitude.

I think they probably are, or think they are, testing the fences in preparation for another J6. But since most of what I’ve read about them makes me wonder if they are capable of hitting the urinal on the first squirt let alone toppling the federal government, I have to wonder if the big boys who are funding them really believe they are getting bang for their buck.

“Antifa threw soda on me” is this century’s “Remember the Alamo”.

1. What is a "normal" middle finger?

2. Do these guys really like sleeping in truck cabs and relieving themselves in milk jugs?

3. I hope they all die of the coronavirus.

4. It would serve them right if a bunch of people descended on their home towns and made their lives miserable, but who wants to go to Bumf&*k, Georgia?

"Not sure what they’ll do then; I doubt they’ll be comfortable sleeping under bridges with the local homeless." Maybe Ginni Thomas will spring for a block of rooms at the Willard.

Wouldn't you know it? Those nasty girlers... with their unusual middle fingers. Perhaps it had a talon upon it? Maybe it was a hex?

Now I'm wondering why the "Conroy" hasn't taken up the flag already of anti-LGBTQ+ agitation or pro-forced birth bills. That energy's latent in the 'tarring & feathering BLM Plaza' or 'antfa soy boy' riffs (rivves?) Why haven't their dark money masters pulled the trigger on that.

Also, now I wonder -- perhaps the need is keeping these chuds in place for J6 2.0 -- when Judge Ketanji is confirmed.

I think it's a real classic: The People's Convoy comes to town for the express purpose of making peoples' lives miserable. They're successful in making people pissed off . . . and they're completely confounded that they're not generating the popular support they thought they would get.

The media, however much they're doing, making the assholes and impotent snowflakes look like they're anything but assholes and impotent snowflakes doesn't empower them anywhere nearly as much as they fantasized they're empowering.

As for the tolerant lib crap: Well, you know, after exercising all that tolerance for those who deserve it there isn't anything left in the tank for them who previously mocked said tolerance.

And if I may stumble on my own metaphor, they're the cancer in the body of the nation that we're ignoring.

And to twist GM's comment from yesterday, they're *just* Franken-men, parodies of manly men, acting out the power they don't actually have having given it away to their beloved Republican pols.

They're nothing good. Not even close.

I could go on, of course, but I'm boring me.

"Washington is not my town or even my fellow residents’ town, but instead belonged to the “People of the United States,” which apparently means everyone except the people who live here, so marauders can do any old bullshit here no matter how much it bothers the people who live here so long as it’s done in the name of Freedom"

Same mindset as the bundy crowd out west - the land belongs to the people, so I get to use it for my personal benefit. Same as a vegetable thief once told a gardener friend - this is a community garden on public land, so I can take what I want.

Humans are not a nice species.

The Brooks Brothers Riot has been going strong since 2000—then again, when have men of property _ever_ believed that the Law rightly applied to them? Mr Trump is only an extreme and blatant example in his belief in infantile freedom for his rich self.

I live in Huntington Beach. For exercise I ride the beach walk through HN & Newport Beach. There are a couple of motor home parks on the beach. Whenever I see a Trump flag flying from a motor home, I flip it off.

Today a guy yelled at me when I did that. He told me it was his flag & told me not to flip the bird because his kids were around. I told him that wasn't my problem. If he doesn't want me flipping off the Trump 2024 flag, take it down.

MAGAts are deeply stupid. The asshole in question told me my gesture was offensive. I told him his flag offended me. He said something about the 1st Amendment. I said, yeah, that's why I can flip you off, free speech.

I'm certain he didn't understand.

I flipped it off when I came by it on the way home too. At least he didn't say anything this time.
